Kafilat Shobajo is a Nurse Practitioner, public health expert, and founder of DycoVue, a diagnostic imaging platform leveraging AI to close diagnostic gaps in underserved regions and storage of images. With a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois and clinical training in Boston’s Longwood Medical Area, Kafilat brings unique cross-disciplinary insight into both frontline healthcare and systemic inequities. Her experience managing urgent care cases, interpreting X-rays, navigating diagnostic delays, and coordinating across siloed systems, revealed a critical opportunity to transform radiology access and accuracy. Driven by this vision, she launched DycoVue to reimagine imaging infrastructure in markets burdened by radiologist shortages, inefficiencies, and diagnostic blind spots

Herman Oosterwijk is a pioneer in imaging informatics and President of OTConsulting, bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience in enterprise imaging, PACS, DICOM standards, and EHR integration. He has supported hospitals, vendors, and health systems worldwide in building scalable, interoperable imaging infrastructures and is widely regarded as a leading voice in the future of medical imaging IT.
Augustina Aikigbe

Augustina Aikigbe is a healthcare informatics and IT professional with over 11 years of experience in PACS administration and digital health systems. She works as a System Analyst and PACS Administrator at Delta State University Teaching Hospital, Oghara, supporting radiology workflows, system optimization, and user training. She holds degrees in Health Education and Computer Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in IT, and is a member of the Healthcare Informatics Society of Nigeria. Augustina is also a lecturer in Health Information Management and a published researcher on PACS adoption in clinical settings.

Dr. Bhargav Patel is a physician-leader and medical AI researcher working at the frontier of medicine, data, and technology. Board-certified in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, he blends clinical insight with systems-level thinking to build smarter, more human-centered healthcare. As former Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer at Sully.ai, he helped lead AI-powered clinician tools used across millions of patient visits. His research spans adaptive clinical AI, trauma, ADHD, sleep, and PTSD. Trained at Brown University, the Medical College of Georgia, Vanderbilt University, and the University of Arizona (MBA). He advises health systems and startups on ethical AI and digital transformation, championing a future where technology amplifies compassion in care.
